o4w trac should have own logo, and link to trac home

The Osgeo4w trac should have it's own logo, and clicking on it should lead to the o4w trac home page and not the parent Osgeo site.

It's too confusing, actually a misrepresentation, that we're using one that's so similar. The landing page of course should still make it clear what the parent project is and how to get there.

An interim sample logo attached. Please feel free to contribute something better!

here is the file system change needed, though src should be changed to reference the file system instead of fetching the image over http.

Change in place, though I put the file in the trac htdocs directory and used "OSGeo4W" as the alt text.
