The current Apache package is version 2.2.8, and should be upgraded to 2.2.14

I see that you're listed as the maintainer of pkg-apache (http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/wiki/pkg-apache)...I believe i created the initial version, but do you mind if I create a new version?

I've upgraded Apache to 2.2.14, and we've made some changes to allow the installer to use Admin privileges (ticket:133), so the installer now creates and starts the Apache service (tested with Windows7). It probably can't work with other Windows versions, but at least it will with the latest (and beyond).
