Settings update to Trac instance of GGL

Dear SAC,

On behalf of Generic Geometry Library team, I'd like to thank for the Trac  instance for the GGL project.

I'd also like to ask for some minor adjustments to settings of this Trac installation. Please, could you:

• enable Ticket details in  timeline report
• update the logo URL to point to the Trac instance itself ( http://trac.osgeo.org/ggl/)
• disable  Doxygen plugin - I've enabled it experimentally but forgotten I'm unable to configure it to point to documentation files. I could not find option to disable this plugin.
