Description
Update the logo on OSGeo4w - not sure if it's getting it's own logo, but at least should be updated to the new OSGeo logo.

I would add that this is a good point at which to generate the .ico file with multiple sizes of logo. I notice that the default icon display on vista expects a larger icon than we provide, and the upscaling of our low res icon produces a poor result.
I'm only aware of one .ico file we use, though it may be that we need to regenerate the setup.exe executable too to ensure it gets the icon.
