Installer will create desktop and start menu shortcuts by default.

I'd like to wait on this till Assefa has the new methodology for creating icons and start menu entries integrated.

I'll take this task. It is likely the final dialog will continue to exist, but it won't have the check boxes for creating the icons, etc.
