Description
MS_MAP_PATTERN and MS_MAP_NO_PATH env vars were introduced in r8857. I can' find them documented (except for the description in RFC66).

I have this documented in the Wiki: http://trac.osgeo.org/mapserver/wiki/EnvironmentVariables
However, I suggest that we include this in the main documentation. I am preparing a new file for the purpose.
