Description
I think it would be useful to include a page on environment variables in the Mapserver documentation. Most of the information is present in the Wiki (http://trac.osgeo.org/mapserver/wiki/EnvironmentVariables), but I think it should be integrated into the main documentation.

The file
environment_variables.txtwas added at the documentation root, and indexed fromdocumentation.txtfor 6.0 and trunk in r12867. I will back it out again if this was a bad move.
