Howard, The contributor for http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/docs/link/ultraedit has emailed me a new zip archive (but the old version is at http://old-mapserver.gis.umn.edu/user_utilities/Mapserver_UE.zip). What are the options for uploading this new archive?
