using TILE in map file, throws msLoadMap(): Unknown identifier. (TILE):(4)

Status: new → closed 
The TILE keyword is no longer valid, so this is really not a bug. The same 
functionality can be attained in other ways and the TILE parameter complicated 
matters when moving to the new layer-based IO, so it was removed.
