[MS Website] Ability to 'order' the Error folder's contents

Description 

Other documentation types (howto, reference, ...) allow you to 'order' their
contents; however the "Error" section does allow you to 'order'.  The 'order'
tab does not exist when viewing the "Error' section contents
(http://ms.gis.umn.edu/docs/error/folder_contents).

(i use this order ability to sort the documents/links)
