[MS Website] Ability to Link to existing documents

Description 

We have discovered a problem of needing links to documents in multiple sections
on the plone site.

For example, a PHPmapscript document that "lives" in the Reference section,
could/should also be linked in the HowTo "Mapscript" section.

To solve this, each Plone Documentation section (Reference, Howto, Faq, Error,
Tutorial, Glossary) should allow users to "Add Item / Link".
