Description
I have a dual-monitor setup, and I have noticed that if you use the mouse wheel zoom, and the browser window is not on the primary monitor, it will always zoom in/out towards the right regardless of where your mouse pointer is at the time.

Assuming fixed as the behaviour can no longer be reproduced

Funnily enough, Internet Explorer is not affected by this. Firefox and Chrome exhibit this behaviour. I haven't tested on any other browsers.
