Description
Sometimes the Fusion legend doesn't seem to layout its contents correctly. This is especially evident when it contains groups that contain no layers that are visible at the current scale.
There appears to be a simple fix for this by modifying the CSS used in the MapGuide Fusion templates. This ticket will be used to submit the CSS changes.
