Adding to Unmanaged Datasources Not Available until Server Restart

Description

In 1.2.0 beta 1. If you configure an unmanaged datasource to a folder and then add more folders or files under that root folder, the new resources are not available in Studio until the MapGuide? Server service is restarted. It is not a Studio issue.

same issue affects King.Oracle connections.

there is a workaround of 'touching' the FeatureSource? definition by opening it and saving it again. But i think that may poetentially invalidate the Tilecache

We need a refresh API method for a FeatureSource?
