Add architecture document link to developers page

I know it's indirectly linked, but as this is such a key resource that it should be linked directly

This is a good suggestion, but I rather keep the links strictly on the main wiki page for logistical reasons...

As of today, if we were to put the MapGuide Architecture link on the developer page then I would want to see the Coding Standards link there as well, because it is just as important for developers. In the future when new Wiki pages are developed for the MapGuide Developer Information section, they will have to be added to the developer.html page as well. This would be a maintenance nightmare, especially since not everyone has access to update the developer.html page.
