I have that two erros:
Error in the step "Testing the Site Administrator"

Fatal error: Call to undefined function MgInitializeWebTier() in C:\MAPGUIDE2\mapguide-2.0.1\Web\src\mapadmin\login.php on line 70
Error in step "Testing the Web Server Extensions"
http://localhost/mapguide/mapviewerajax/ajaxviewer.php/?WEBLAYOUT=Library://ATest.WebLayout
Fatal error: Call to undefined function SetLocalizedFilesPath() in C:\MAPGUIDE2\mapguide-2.0.1\Web\src\mapviewerphp\mainframe.php on line 39

This should of been posted as a question on the mapguide users mailing list first, it looks like purely setup/config issue, please first search the mailing list archives and then post your question to the list if your still stuck.
