Categories.txt is in the wrong place

I have a Danish WinXP IIS .Net installation of MapGuideOS 2.0. The previous version was uninstalled before installing the current. Categories.txt is located in: 

C:\Programmer\MapGuideOpenSource2.0\Server\Bin\

but the PROJ_LIB environment variable is set to: 

C:\Programmer\MapGuideOpenSource2.0\Server\nad

This means that only the "Arbitrary XY" coordinate systems are avalible. There are other files in the "nad" folder. Copying the file into the expected location does not show the missing coordinate system categories.

The next release will be using CS-MAP instead of PROJ4. CS-MAP doesn't use the Categories.txt file and uses a different environment variable.
