Description

When doing some load test, a connection exhaustion problem was found with SDF connection pooling disabled:

(4972) Cannot create any more connections to the OSGeo.SDF FDO provider. Exception occurred in method MgFdoConnectionManager.Open at line 259 in file d:\BuildForgeProjects\Carrera_Nightly\BUILD_27.1\Ent\OS\Server\src\Common\Manager\F doConnectionManager.cpp

This looks similar to #528 as well; should one of them be closed?

Please re-test against 2.1 and let us know if this is still an issue. Will close this ticket if no response by next ticket cleanup cycle.
