Description
Load any template in Firefox or IE and click the measure tool. Nothing happens.
Using MGOS 2.0.0 RC1

With 2.0.0 Final, measure tool is invoked (in Aqua template at least), but the task pane is not updated with results, and the segment tips are not populated.
