Rename ApacheMapguide to MapguideApache V 2.0 on windows

Description

Currently a mapguide install on windows creates a ApacheMapGuide? service, this should be renamed as MapguideApache? so that the services are found together in the services list.

This should also be versioned "MapguideApache? v2.0" like the Mapguide Server to allow beta testers to run multiple releases on the same machine

I actually prefer the naming the way it is; especially on unix, but also when doing a Net Stop in windows. I don't think of Apache as being part of MapGuide?, just something that's conveniently bundled with it :)

it isn't but in this case it is... apache isn't installed on port 80, you wouldn't normally install other apps onto a bundled apache... it's tightly bundled...

we should be following the existing platform conventions where ever possible, this feel's no standard... but i do understand were your coming from ....

back to the versioning... this blocks installing multiple releases for testing.. bad.... beta's could always adopt this approach
