Description
The Select Polygon tool/widget shares the same "problem" as the Measure tool/widget.
It starts, but doesn't tell you how to stop or cancel it when you are done.

This is an OpenLayers level usability issue. As the selection widgets does not use the Task Pane, there's no place to place the usage instructions. Whatever fix should be made at the OpenLayers level instead of here.

Doesn't look like this got addressed for 2.1. Removing the milestone.
