Steps: 1.Create Standard Folder Structure (right click in Maestro Site Explorer) 2.Error 3.Closing Maestro and opening again, the standard folder structure is created

Duplicate of #2237
Firstly, go easy on that "Submit" button. We've been getting many duplicates and the osgeo servers have been under some load these past few weeks.
Secondly, if it is because of #2237 being closed as "worksforme" understand that I cannot reproduce this problem with the steps you provided. This error/problem has to be *repeatable* in order for me to actually be able to do something about it. This appears to be a one-off problem. If I'm wrong, and this is *repeatable*, please re-open #2237 instead of creating a new ticket, and please provide as much additional information as needed for me to be able to reproduce it.
