Description
Inspired by the suggestion in #2092. Implement an "address bar" component that not only updates with the id currently selected resource in the Site Explorer, but can be used to open/re-activate the designated editor for that resource id.
Of course, basic checks will need to be in place to ensure illegal/non-existent resource ids aren't actionable.
