Quick Plot: Preview layout of portrait map is not properly

Description
Steps: 1. Launch Fusion weblayout and open Quick Plot 2. Select the A4 paper size and portrait in the printer preferences 3. Preview the Plot
Result: The printed map is typically much smaller than what the visual appearance in the pop-up has shown. It happens with both basic and flexible web layout.
Expectation: The printed map should remain the same compared with the selecting area.
Comments: The reason for tis is the preview dialog is automatically adjusted to fit the browser window. But it considered only the "width", not the height.
