GeoREST AddIn

Implement an addin for Maestro which provides easy GeoREST configuration.

Unlike normal repository management, GeoREST does not expose any remote management functionality, so usage of this AddIn? naturally assumes that GeoREST is installed on the same machine and that the user knows where GeoREST configurations are stored.

As to what functionality this addin will provide, a basic list thus far:

• Viewing and editing restcfg.xml in a file-system browsing interface
• Drag and drop SDF/SHP/SQLite files to create default restcfg.xml with FDO source
• Drag and drop a Feature Source to create default restcfg.xml with MapGuide source
• Previewing a given configuration with the desired representation

Would love to see this scaffold super-basic HTML and KML templates (just key-value lists) and maybe a search form for the HTML representation as well. Happy to help with what these should look like if you're interested in doing this.
