Duplicate Resource Doesn't Refresh Folder

Description
With Maesto 4b1, when you click on an item in a folder to duplicate the folder does not automatically refresh.
If you hit the refresh button, it also doesn't refresh: this is possibly a different issues that when you have a resource in the folder selected and hit the refresh button the folder does not refresh - you need to select the parent folder currently for that to work.
nce I realised that, I found the 7 duplicates I had created and thought had failed!

Multi-site support probably broke this function.
Also because of the multi-site support, the refresh button *requires* a selected item to establish the parent root connection in context by which to refresh the child items.
