Mapguide Maestro: some usability enhancements to the XML editor

I propose the following enhancements to the XML editor:

1 - to have a shortcut to select all the text, I suggest Ctrl+a.

This is useful to cut & paste in a different XML editor

2 - double click action should select a word and not the entire line 3 - syntax highlighting would be a big bonus point

We can implement 1)

2) Is really hard to do given that we are working with a dumb text box component.

That's 2) and 3) are hard to do.

No problem, 1) is enough to ease the use of an external editor.

I've proposed 2) and 3) just in case they were not so difficult to implement. Otherwise IMHO it is not worth spending too much time on them.

For me it's ok to close the enhancement when 1) is implemented
