The win32 build and linux builds currently use Apache 2.2.11 and Tomcat 6.0.14. These are years old (literally) and should be upgraded for the 2.2 release.
The win64 build is already using Apache 2.2.15 and Tomcat 6.0.26.
Apache Lounge (which offers vc9 built binaries) no longer offers 2.2.15 for download. It only offers 2.2.16. We will use this version for the win32 build.

Hmmm, Apache Lounge (where I normally get win32 binary releases built with VC9) only offers 2.2.16
I suppose I could build 2.2.15 from source (ugh).

I downloaded that zip and it only contained a text file that says to get the latest version. ಠ_ಠ
