AJAX Viewer: Digitizing Polygon in Safari blocked by context menu in mapframe

Description

1. Setup dotnetviewersample, make sure ajaxviewersample.aspx can run successfully.

2. Download SafariDigitize.aspx from Attachments to dotnetsample application.

3. Configure MapGuide studio, add commands pointing to SafariDigitize.aspx.

4. Open ajaxviewsample.aspx in Safari, choose the page SafariDigitize.aspx from task list.

5. Click button "Digitize Linestring", then digitize on the map.

6. After you press ctrl, and click the final point on the map, the context menu prompt.

Expect: the context menu should not prompt in the process of digitize.
