Maestro: When cancelling resource update, a Paste does not refresh the tree

Description

I follow these steps:

  • Right click on a layer and Copy
  • Right click on folder and Paste
  • Say No to "should I update resources" prompt

The new resource does not automatically appear in the tree; I have to manually refresh the tree for the copied resource to show up.
