Mapagent.fcgi SelectFeatures does not support application/json

Using the mapagent.fcgi with OPERATION=SELECTFEATURES on sample Sheboygan data, xml is returned (although the return content type of the response is incorrect - not returned as text/xml)

Test url: ​http://localhost:8080/mapguide/mapagent/mapagent.fcgi?OPERATION=SELECTFEATURES&VERSION=1.0.0&LOCALE=en&CLIENTAGENT=MapGuide+Developer&RESOURCEID=Library%3A%2F%2FSamples%2FSheboygan%2FData%2FVotingDistricts.FeatureSource&CLASSNAME=SDF_2_Schema%3AVotingDistricts&PROPERTIES=&COMPUTED_ALIASES=&COMPUTED_PROPERTIES=&FILTER=&FORMAT=text/xml

But the equivalent call which is supposed to output JSON still produces XML

Other mapagent operations that i've tested seem to behave correctly.
