Description

The Swiss have converted the Fineltra Affine datum shift transformation to NTv2 format. Of course, this translation converted the shift from cartesian to geographic coordinates. This new transformation needs to be added to the CS-MAP datum shift repitoire.

This ticket should have been written against MetaCrs/CS-MAP. This capability was added to MetaCrs/CS-MAP and the submission produced version 1622. No changes to MapGuide required.
