steps to reproduce:
activate mouswheelZoom in your application.

  1. zoom per wheel => works
  2. zoom per selArea => works
  3. zoom per wheel => doesn't work as expected.

mapframe always zoom to center.

error apperas in firefox.
fixed with latest version of jquery.mouswheel extension plugin. see ​here
