slippy map in Internet Explorer ...

Description

...has been switched off by ​this changeset.

Today i reverted and tested slippy map in IE8....
..and it works for me!!
Is there another reason for this behavior (i didn't see)?
So we could turn it on for IE.

now slippyMap is available in IE too.
