treeGDE: Interaction between activated sublayers and WMS checkbox/folder on load

Description

checkboxes and folder symbols of the treeGDE module are not displayed correctly onload-> if all sublayers are activated the WMS checkbox is not checked; if all sublayers are deactivated at the start the folder symbol is not striked out
