Hi Christoph,
rwoita reported it yet. I've done some changes to trunk and 2.6_branch to solve this.
take a look at this ticket:

By now "no" WMS is checked when Mapbender starts.
Maybe it could be solved a little bit smarter..... but i thought that this is adequate.
