treeGDE - incorrect WMS Status at GUI Start

Description

1st - element_var 'switchwms' is missing in db data-sql 2nd - if set 'switchwms' true, all check boxes are enabled at start although no wms is activated

1.added the sql statements for switchWMS to template Guis.

  1. Set the default setting in mod_TreefolderPlain.php to "unchecked"
