Vector digitizer does not colourize isles correctly

Description

Wile presenting the great GRASS digitizer we realized that the colouring of isles is confusing while digitizing a torus, since isles are coloured like areas. We expected that isles are not coloured, as in the GRASS vector visualization. Please see the attached screen-shots of the digitizing process.
