wingrass6.4.3svn: changing vector point symbol doesn't work

tested with osgeo4w-wingrass6.4.3svn r52715 and standalone wingrass6.4.3svn r52715 and nc sample data set.

changing vector lines- and area- d.vect-parameters are working without any problem.

but changing vector point symbol doesn't work; following steps for reproducing:

- load vector brigdes in display (d.vect) - open properties - changing symbol: symbol directory -> basic, symbol name -> arrow1

=> vector points disappear in the map display

Changing symbol does work fine for the Mac - 6.4 svn compiled last night (August 19 USA). Maybe a Windows specific problem?

I hope I found the problem so it should be fixed in r52798, r52799, r52800 (all branches). Could you confirm it please?
