Overview
In NGR, when metadata is displayed, any hyperlinks in the text are actually displayed as clickable links. The link types that are recognized are: http, https, ftp, and mailto.

The motivations for these changes are :

Proposal
In NGR, when metadata is displayed, any hyperlinks in the text are actually displayed as clickable links. The link types that are recognized are: http, https, ftp, and mailto. It will be possible to turn off this behaviour by changing a setting in GeoNetwork's admin configuration interface.
