Improvement of the italian translation from the Contributions page.

I recently installed the italian translation for GeoNetwork 2.6.4 but i improved it a bit changing these things:

• the language drop-down menu didnt show the 'Italian' option unless the selected language was Italian. It just showed an empty option;

• the country menu on the left in the homepage showed none of the option expect for 'Any' and 'User defined';

• it lacked the ext-lang-it.js file.

Italian was applied as part of Ticket #704 which was an enhancement of this ticket.
