Editing user profile requires new user password

Component: | General | Version: | v2.4.0 RC1 |

Description
The edit user profile screen under the User Management page does not automatically fill in the user's password, so saving any edit requires entering the password (twice). User administrators are unlikely to know an individual user's password (so that it can be re-entered) nor are users going to be happy if their password changes each time the administrator makes a change to their user profile.
This issue came to light during the GeoNetwork Developer's Workshop.

This problem requires fixing. Setting the password should be ignored when left empty.

Fixed in revision 4418 for 2.4RC2
Any update on this one? Using svn trunk, an admin person cannot change user info without the p/w. There should be a way for an admin to do this without the user's password.
