Linear features in S-57 are converted wrong

Description 

Some features in S-57 based inland enc files are not correctly converted via ogr2ogr. The feature seems to consists of three independend, non connected polylines (looking at it in SeeMyDENC). These "segments" get connected while converting with ogr2ogr.

It turned out, that the problem is due to a wrong object code within the data. The error can be found with additional tools from 7cs (!) Their analyzer can't find them (!) Since the wrong coding can be produced with their designer... no comment
