Description
Add the ability to measure area to the existing Measure widget by incorporating the latest OpenLayers code and update the output mechanism to report area in addition to distance.

This is essentially done but I am having some problems with the localization support, it doesn't seem to pick up my new strings.

(In [1833]) re #247, implement area measurement in the Measure widget using client side calculations only by switching to use the OpenLayers Measure control. Update output panel with area if required.
