Description

1) Create a new Fusion layout and preview it

2) Click on the Help and About buttons

Result: Both result in broken links

Note that the layout should be created with an authoring tool that reads the default settings from the widget info files. e.g. MapGuide Studio.

(In [1656]) closes #160: if the default URL is specified, add in the Fusion URL, otherwise the URL is relative to the template or absolute
