Description
Remove the deprecated PostGIS files in Providers/PostGIS which is no longer being maintained. These PostGIS files will still beavailabe in branches/3.6/Providers/PostGIS. The PostGIS provider now lives under the providers/GenericRdbms folder, and implemented under the GenericRdbms framework.
