Description

In preparation for FDO 3.7.0 building with VS 2010, clean up FDO header files to remove unnessecary references to non-sdk header files.

Clean up Client Services API

Change references of const wchar_t --> FdoString Remove references to windows headers

Remove std includes of <vector> and <string?

Fix provider builds due to API cleanup.
