I see that you are using ubuntugis-testing. You should use ubuntugis-unstable, there is a libspatialite5 in it. Testing should not really be used.

Thanks. Can you remove ubuntugis-testing, if it has not to be used ?

Well it is used sometime to test new packages and has to be used with unstable.
