Description
grass-dev fails to upgrade with error message:
E: /var/cache/apt/archives/grass-dev_6.4.3rc2-2~raring_i386.deb: trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/grass64/include/grass/waterglobs.h', which is also in package grass 6.4.3rc2-2~raring

Apparently nobody handles Trac tickets any more, closing this ancient issue.

There are no package in UbuntuGIS for raring yet. The work should begin soon. So, your error is more related to the official repository of ubuntu.
