libspatialite-3.1.0 conflicts with spatialite-bin

Description
Running apt-get dist-upgrade on an Xubuntu 12.04 machine this evening brought in the 3.1.0 version of libspatialite, but that caused a conflict with spatialite-bin, and the spatialite binary was removed. So now I have the lib, but no binary :-(
Can I revert this? Will an updated spatialite-bin be available? I believe that on debian unstable it's available.

Hi,
Sorry it took more time than I thought. I added spatialite-tools 3.1.0a and libreadosm 1.0.0 for Preicse and Oneiric, I'm still working on Lucid. So you should be able to get spatialite-bin after an apt-get update.
